Types of Fabrication

Fabrication processes cover a wide range of industries and materials. The popularity of specific fabrication types often depends on the demands of various sectors. Here are some types of fabrication we do:

Metal Fabrication

Popular for construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing applications. We also use Aluminum which is widely used in aerospace, automotive, and architectural applications due to its lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

This involves forming and shaping thin sheets of metal into various structures and components. It is commonly used in HVAC systems, electronics, and appliance manufacturing.

Composite Fabrication

Heat treatment is done with best Heat Treatment Furnace (3 No.). This meticulous treatment ensures that the materials undergo specific temperature changes, optimizing their mechanical properties for superior performance and longevity.

Structural Steel Fabrication

Our clear quality policy guides us to perform manufacturing tests using cutting-edge equipment. With our advanced machinery, we've achieved customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality products at affordable prices.

Welding and Joining

We do Arc Welding which includes processes like MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, widely used in construction, automotive, and manufacturing. Also Resistance Welding is Commonly used in the automotive industry for joining metal sheets in TYA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fabrication is the process of creating a product or component from raw materials by using methods such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembling. It is most commonly used in metal and steel industries, where raw sheets, plates, or bars are shaped into useful parts and structures. Fabrication is widely used in metal fabrication services, sheet metal fabrication, and structural steel fabrication to build machine parts, frames, enclosures, and industrial components.

Fabrication and manufacturing are related but not the same. Fabrication focuses specifically on building and shaping raw materials—especially metals—into parts using processes like cutting, forming, and welding. Manufacturing is a broader term that includes fabrication plus other processes such as machining, casting, forging, finishing, assembly, and mass production. In simple terms, fabrication makes the parts, while manufacturing covers the complete production process of finished products at scale.

The three main steps to fabrication are cutting, forming, and assembling. First, raw material is cut to the required size using techniques such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, or shearing. Second, the cut material is formed into shape through bending, rolling, or stamping. Third, the formed parts are assembled and joined using welding, bolting, or fastening methods. These steps are standard in custom metal fabrication and precision fabrication projects.

The three primary types of fabrication are cutting, forming, and joining. Cutting removes material to get the right size and shape. Forming reshapes the material without removing it, using bending or rolling processes. Joining connects multiple fabricated parts together using welding, riveting, or bolting. These fabrication types are commonly used in industrial fabrication, steel fabrication, and heavy fabrication work.

The three steps to fabrication remain the same across most fabrication industries: cutting the raw material, forming it into the desired shape, and assembling or joining the parts into a finished component. This three-step fabrication process is the foundation of most metal fabrication and structural fabrication workflows.
