Gravity casting is a simple and reliable metal casting process where molten metal fills a permanent mold under natural gravitational force. Ductile Iron Casting

Our ductile iron casting process—also known as nodular or spheroidal graphite iron—produces components with exceptional ductility, strength, and impact resistance. Unlike grey iron with flaky graphite, ductile iron contains spheroidal graphite nodules that significantly enhance resistance to cracking, shock loads, and fatigue. This advanced metallurgy makes ductile iron an ideal choice for structurally demanding applications requiring durability and long service life.

Shell Molding Casting

Our shell molding casting process utilizes heated metal patterns and resin-coated sand to form thin, high-strength mold shells with controlled thickness, providing dimensional accuracy, accurate surface finish, and tight tolerance control compared to conventional sand casting techniques.
