Investment Casting

Our investment casting process delivers high-precision, near-net-shape components with excellent surface finish and tight tolerances. This approach minimizes secondary machining.

We reliably produce complex geometries, thin-wall sections, and intricate internal features with consistent, repeatable accuracy.

Types of Casting

Gravity Casting

Gravity casting is a simple and reliable metal casting process where molten metal fills a permanent mold under natural gravitational force. This technique offers improved mechanical strength, consistent wall thickness, and good surface finish, making it suitable for structurally sound components across automotive, industrial, and engineering applications. MOQ: 10–1000 pieces

Ductile Iron Casting

Our ductile iron casting process—also known as nodular or spheroidal graphite iron—produces components with exceptional ductility, strength, and impact resistance. Unlike grey iron with flaky graphite, ductile iron contains spheroidal graphite nodules that significantly enhance resistance to cracking, shock loads, and fatigue. This advanced metallurgy makes ductile iron an ideal choice for structurally demanding applications requiring durability and long service life.

Shell Molding Casting

Our shell molding casting process utilizes heated metal patterns and resin-coated sand to form thin, high-strength mold shells with controlled thickness, providing dimensional accuracy, accurate surface finish, and tight tolerance control compared to conventional sand casting techniques.
Shell structure ensures stable metal flow, reduced gas-related defects, and consistent mechanical properties, making shell molding ideal for complex geometries, thin-wall components, and repeatable medium-to-high volume production.

Aluminum Casting

At Thank You America LLC, our aluminum casting capabilities are engineered to produce lightweight, high-strength components with excellent dimensional stability and corrosion resistance. Using controlled foundry processes, we deliver aluminum castings that meet demanding mechanical, thermal, and structural requirements across industrial applications.
